Orders are Handled within 1 Weekday (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time

Once shipped, transit times are:

Note: Transit time includes shipping only. Processing time and Handling time is additional. Weekends and public holidays are not considered week days.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this period, the order may already be processing and changes are no longer guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost the first time. Please report any delivery issues within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing us at support@orthoalign.com
